Walk amongst the Iron Men

The original photo on which this painting is based, was taken in 2011 at Crosby beach on Merseyside where the Antony Gormley iron statues art installation 'Another place' is located. On this day, the weather was just right to capture the desired feeling of perspective, light and silhouettes and for years I kept the image in mind as a potential painting. This eventually happened in 2019, the painting being bought by a former work colleague as it reminded her so much of happy times on that beach with her dad.

Each card measures 198mm x 105mm, is printed on 350gsm Conqueror card and comes with a white envelope. The inside of the card has been left blank for your own message.
